Can I return my purchased product for a refund?
Yes, we accept returns of our unopened products within the 30 days of receipt. We do not accept opened bottles for return; once the security seal has been broken, we are not able to guarantee the safety and quality of the product.
Who pays for return shipping?
The buyer pays the postage for the return of the item to us, boxed in the original packaging.
When will I receive my store credit?
Store credit is issued promptly after we verify the returned product condition. Your store credit will be available to you for 1 year from the date that it is issued.
Are there any products excluded from returns?
We do not refund gift cards, which are digital products. We only accept refunds of our herbal tonic bottles.
